About Us





Mission Scuba is a veteran-owned small business operated by Keith Kans. Raised in the Tampa Bay area, Keith has been an outdoorsman enjoying life on the west coast waters of central Florida for decades. He has been a professional recreational scuba instructor for more than five years.



Services





Mission Scuba specializes in personalized and comprehensive recreational scuba instruction as sanctioned by the Professional Association of Scuba Instructors (PADI) and the National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI). I additionally provide divemaster services, adventure planning and leadership, and search and recovery of valuables.

Have you been thinking about learning to Scuba dive in 2022, but you would like to just try it first? Dip your toe in the water, so to speak? PADI and Mission Scuba can get you there. . . The Discover Scuba Diving experience has become easier than ever before!


Starting at $149, all you need to do is use the QR code here to get started. Scanning this code will lead you to create a PADI account online so that you can access the required digital forms and Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) eLearning module on your digital device. Once completed and paid, I will provide all the necessary equipment and training to enable you to breathe underwater for the first time to experience the wonder of Scuba!


If you decide that you want to get certified as a PADI Open Water diver within six months of completing the DSD experience, I will even apply your DSD fee towards the Open Water Certification fee, in full!
